We use professional photography and detailed descriptions to create a captivating online listing that shares the essence of your home and attracts potential buyers. We will utilize a mix of social media and the professional MLS system to market your listing to everyone in the area.
Showings
Showings are set up through our online platform, giving you live showing activity and feedback. You will know exactly what time showings are happening and if a buyer’s agent has provided any feedback after.
Negotiations
Once we receive offers, we will skillfully negotiate on your behalf to secure the best possible terms. We will review each offer with you, and explain all conditions of the offer, as the most important item is not always the price. Our agents value clear communication and will keep you informed every step of the way.
Under Contract
Once an Agreement of Sale is signed, we will work with you to follow all timelines of the agreement. We will work diligently to get you through any issues that may arise and point you towards any professional services you may need (title company, moving or cleaning services, etc).
Settlement
